Greater Chattanooga Salvation Army welcomes Jill Woodruff and Matthew Dodgins to its team!
As we celebrate National Volunteer Week, The Salvation Army welcomes Jill Norton Woodruff to its Community Relations and Development team as the Director of Volunteer Services and Special Events.
“Jill brings years of experience in coordinating volunteers to this position,” states Community Relations and Development Department Head, Kimberly George. “I know she is exactly who we need to manage our robust volunteer team for continued growth along with our events!”
Ms. Woodruff is a Cleveland, TN native and has over two decades of experience with non-profits in volunteer management including the Riverbend Festival, Western Carolina University, and the American Cancer Society.
We would also like to welcome Matthew Dodgins. Matthew is no stranger to The Salvation Army. For the past six years, Matthew worked on Salvation Army accounts with a direct response company in Atlanta, GA. Matthew has volunteered with several Salvation Army programs as well.
“Since Matthew comes from a Direct Mail Vendor Company, he brings an expertise and perspective to donor relations management that we’ve not had,” states Kimberly George. “I know he will also be strong for our Social Media program. We are excited to have him on board to continue our working relationship that we have had for close to six years.”
